BiO HY oven cleaner
application and dosage
The BiOHY oven cleaner is highly concentrated and is used diluted with water. Fresh fat deposits: Dilute 2-3% (20-30ml / liter of water). Incrustations: Dilute 5% (50ml / liter of water). After use, rinse the surfaces or equipment thoroughly with fresh water. Ovens and convection ovens are best cleaned at 50° C with an exposure time of 5 - 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- < 5% non-ionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, NTA.
