Do you want to know how we make our products? Then take a look at our individual production steps:
1. development of a product idea
Our entire team is put together under the central aspects of "sustainability" and "performance" and makes their heads spin. In the search for new and innovative ideas, there are no limits to creativity. The goal is clearly defined: A fresh product must combine cleaning power, economy and environmental awareness. Only then is it a genuine BiOHY product!
2. recipe finding
In close cooperation with our production partners, we develop a suitable formulation that meets our requirements for a modern and sustainable cleaning agent. We always ensure that all surfactants used are completely biodegradable. We do not use animal testing out of conviction - just as we do not use harmful microplastics!
3. mixing and filling
The jointly developed formula is now mixed in the form of concentrates and carefully bottled. The advantage of this is that, unlike other manufacturers, our cleaning agents are designed so that they can be diluted with water. This not only saves vast amounts of plastic, but also gives you as a customer the opportunity to make your own mixture.
4. climate-neutral packaging
Once our concentrates are ready, the next production step begins: With the help of our special Cushion Pack machine, we pack your new cleaner by reusing cartons that have already been used. This way, no new waste is produced and your product can make its way to the post office with a clear conscience. Oh, did we mention that we ship our concentrates in completely recyclable bottles?
5. low-emission shipping
The time has come: your parcel is already waiting impatiently for the truck to pick it up and finally deliver it to your home. Goods are collected daily by our partners at DHL - so we can always guarantee lightning-fast delivery times.     Our liquid hand soap is not intended to be diluted, it is in the bottle ready to use! If you have diluted the liquid soap, that's not a problem - you get full hygiene with the undiluted soap.
